四ツ谷　鮨いがらし 大将がめっちゃ楽しい店 本当に色々詳しくてなんでも話せちゃう カウンター7席だけの小さなお店だけど、有名人が通う名店。 ・鮑めっちゃ大きい 肝醤油つけて最高 ・金目鯛のお刺身には あん肝の裏漉しにポン酢和えを絡めて食べます ・毛蟹もカニの殻にギューギューに詰め直してあり満足度高い ・大将手作りのカラスミは本当に旨味凝縮 旬の食材堪能できるお気に入りのお寿司屋さんリストになりました

先日、来店前に産地について確認したくお電話しましたが、外国人かどうかを聞かれた上で、“産地を気にされるのであれば他のお店をご利用ください”と言われました。 自分が口にするものについて確認しただけでしたが、その対応は少し残念に感じました。 もう少し丁寧にご説明いただけたら、印象も違ったと思います。 I called to ask about the origin of the fish before visiting, as I care about what I eat. However, I was asked if I was a foreigner and then told that if I was concerned about the origin, I should go to another sushi restaurant. I found the response quite rude and unnecessary. I was simply asking a reasonable question about food I would be consuming. A more respectful and professional response would have left a much better impression.
