We skipped breakfast so we could enjoy the Japanese beef course, and it was well worth it. We were warmly welcomed by Sabal, who explained the different course options clearly and helped us choose what suited us best. We especially appreciated the service from N. Shiho, who introduced us to a traditional Japanese-style shabu-shabu sauce mixture and finished our meal with udon and a freshly cracked egg an authentic touch that made the experience feel even more special. The quality of the food was excellent, but it was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail that really stood out. This
