The customer service at this store was extremely poor, and the overall experience was very disappointing. In particular, the store manager had a very unpleasant attitude. When communicating with customers, the manager showed little patience or basic courtesy and even raised their voice and shouted at customers, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. As a business that provides customer service, I believe that staff members, especially the store manager, should maintain a basic level of professionalism and respect regardless of the situation. 自由が丘駅から程近いお店。昔ながらの雰囲気で居心地もよく、女性のスタッフさんがとても感じがいい方で気持ちよく家族で食事を楽しめました!!自分で焼くか焼いてもらうかセレクトできて、子供もいるため焼いてもらいました。写真は子供の為に頼んだメニューですが、それ以外も美味しくてまた伺いたいお店です(^-^)ありがとうございました。

土日のランチ時のみ、店名が『昼顔・別顔 油焼きそば専門店』に変わり油焼きそばを食すことが出来ます。 熱々の鉄鍋の中で、もちもちの麺に濃厚な麺が絡まり、普通の焼きそばとは違った味を楽します。私は好きな味なので、ぜひ平日や夕食でも味わえるようにしてほしいところです。夕食の普通の焼きそばもトライしましたが、味は普通で量が少なめだったので低レビューも頷けます。お好み焼きも然りです。 通常営業のラストオーダーは1時間前、油焼きそば専門店のラストオーダーは30分前となっています。
