評判が良く一度は行ってみたかったため、ホテルに泊まって年明け早々に早朝から行ってみました。
結構整理券の列が出来てて焦りましたが、無事1巡目で入店。
愛想良い方が多いので、そこを魅力に思う方が多いだろうなという印象です。
味も美味しかったですし、これまで食べた事のない魚も頂けて楽しい食体験でした。
最後に1つ好きなものを注文出来るオーダースタイルで、かなり嬉しい反面、悩ましい所ではあります。

We visited on December 25. In Japan, that day was a weekday, so people were going to work as usual.
When we arrived at Sushi Dai around 7:55 a.m., the only slot left was the 10:10 a.m. four-person seating.
The 11:30 a.m. time slot only had a single seat left, but since there were three of us, being able to get the 10:10 slot felt incredibly lucky.
When it came time for 10:10, everyone who had a handwritten number ticket for that time showed up. If you’re hoping that someone might not come, I’d say the chance is about one in a thousand. On top of that, you’re required to pay a 2,000-yen depos

寿司は勿論文句無しですが、職人の方達のコミュニケーション能力の高さや、おもてなしの気持ち、何より楽しんで食事をしてもらおうとする心遣いが凄くよかったです。
